         Gossip Girl is one of TV's hottest new shows. This six season series has already aired on television, but that's not stopping many girls from having a new Netflix addiction. It is a story based on characters living in the Upper Eastside of New York. There's romance, murder, scandals, and so much gossip! A few of the main characters involve Leighton Meester (Blair Waldorf), Blake Lively (Serena Vanderwoodsen), Penn Badgley (Dan Humphrey), Chase Crawford (Nate Archibald), and Ed Westwick (Chuck Bass). They all play major roles in this entertaining series. Yes, most people will look at this show and see all the worldy, acts by the characters, but there are also some great life lessons. It gives girls the idea that we can be independent. We do not have to have a guy to accomplish everything we want in life, but it is a great addition... In the show, majority of the characters live lives that I can only dream of. Millions of dollars, fancy clothes, extravagant parties, and much more consume their everyday life. However the show does express the multiple heartaches that come with that lifestyle. There is always something going wrong. If they are to make one mistake, the entire Upper Eastide area will know about it. It can relate to the life of almost any viewer. The drama is exactly what draws every girl into this series. We want to know who ends up with who, and how it all goes down in the end. It's the perfect girl show.
